A Great Loss

Recently we have lost one of our good friend from work. She was a lovely young lady, friendly, cheerful and will always lend a helping hand if u need one. Preparation for marriage after Raya is still going on but now only done halfway. She was diagnose with H1N1 positive. It just a shock to everyone to hear bout her death upon work place, everyone burst to tears. The whole evening was quit feeling down to all of us.

May Arwah soul rest in peace..Alfatehah...

p/s - so people please take action to protect ourself from this Influenza.

Fasting Month

Upon this fasting month I got the chances to have 'sahur' n 'sungkai' with my family in kk..(huwahhh I miss them alredy oo-which is now I'm inboard flight going back to kL..while writing this wit my ipod touch).

My one day off from work is not wasted..after finishing my morning shift, I inboard flight back to kk, coz it's been quit sometime after my last visit back home n this the only chances I have before Raya comes..

Flight departure 3pm from kL, which landed around 5.35pm in kk, just in time for sungkai at 6.26pm. My food list on arrival is not yet fulfill, it's ok there's always tomorrow..also I manage to have my Raya baju custom made in short notice.. (kasian bah, I got no tailor di kL) thank you to Mommy's tailor.. Usually only bought yang ready made..The best part was I manage to eat a few of my favorite food, waa I feel so lucky... On my list for sungkai is only fulfilled on my second day.

First shop will be Bits & Bites in Wisma Merdeka lots of local delicacies, to begin with kuih koci, corn custard, pengat pisang but my favorite of kuih kacang bersalut tepung putih (I pun taktau namanya), already finish so it's ok, so cupcake also a good alternative also Dotts egg tart.

The best part of to find food on this month will be bazaar Ramadan in Sempelang Sembulan, it's been years on my last visit..waa lamanya. It's always been the best place to buy local food around here. My 1st attemp is kuih charkui- kawin kaya n butter together make a perfect match, yum yum. Mom ask for pacal, not forgetting martabak jawa also is a must. Base on my experience while buying food during fasting month,it's better to limit our buying habits. Just buy on wat your thinking to eat. Luckyly I'm only bought base in my list, hehe. Not forgetting also kuih penyaram, kauchung, and as well satay paru masak kicap.

After sungkai only god knows how full I am.Overall food is fantastic, superb like no words may describe how happy I am.Am looking forward if these type off food can be found in kL. But if not I always got the chances to go back to kk for good delicacies, it's best when u are working a an airline staff.

My 1st chapter

After reading a few of my friends blogs, makes me wana start writing one of mine.. So here it is, my 1st post.. Nothing much for the moment, still trying to crack my brains to start writing coz its been some time already.. Will be starting to update as soon as possible. Be patient la ya..
